November 12, 2025 (Pittsburgh, PA) – The Print and Graphics Scholarship Foundation (PGSF) opened a second grant program for the 2025-26 academic year. This program closes on December 8th.
“We opened the earlier program to allow educators time to apply for student travel funds to industry events that take place earlier in the year, said Dianne Bullas, PGSF Director of Educator Resources. “Events such as TAGA, Skills USA, The Phoenix Challenge and R2R USA all take place prior to mid-June. The earlier deadline gives time for PGSF to fund these events.”
In addition to travel funds, the Fall 2025 Grant Program has an equipment application. The 2024-25 PGSF Grant Program awarded over $76,000 for equipment purchases that included small presses, die-cutting tools, and color measurement instruments.
The Winter/Spring 2026 PGSF Educational Use Grant Program will open January 1, 2026, and close April 17, 2026. Applications for equipment, student travel and continuing education will be available for instructors.
All grant applications are reviewed by members of the PGSF Board of Directors to determine which grants are awarded funds.

Since the first PGSF Grant Program in 2022, over $450,000 in grants have been awarded thanks to the generosity of the PGSF Board of Directors and their support of the PGSF mission to build the future workforce of the graphic communications industry.
